Return
We only accept returns for defective mobile phones. We do not accept returns for non-defective products or requests for exchanges under any circumstances.
Eligible Returns:
- Only defective devices are eligible for return.
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused beyond initial inspection, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for the following:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Cosmetic damage due to handling or misuse
- Devices damaged after delivery
